Leadership & Management Program

Through consultation with our valued clients and industry partners, it has been identified that the technical and operational skills development of ABC’s Certificate IV and Diploma Programs are valued, there is a gap in the development of an individual’s supervisory capabilities brought about from the mandatory packaging requirements of these programs. In response, ABC has sought to integrate leadership and management certifications into our higher level qualifications to provide our clients with greater value and outputs from our courses.

Available Courses

ABC Training and Consulting have developed a series of Qualification Streams which include the required Core units of competency for this qualification and a selection of elective units of competency that we believe are best suited to school students and also within our ability to train and assess. We will work with schools to ensure that students are enrolled into an appropriate course.

Why use ABC Training?

ABC Training and Consulting has been operating as an RTO (#5800) in QLD for 20+ years, originally under the name of Alan Bartlett Consulting.  In 2017 a management change resulted in a change of direction and a concentration of training provision within specialised industry areas: Laboratory Operations, Pathology  and Manufacturing.

Our primary training method is blended learning, consisting of on-the-job training for practical demonstrations, observations and discussions and the provision of a theory component via online or paper-based.

We also work with QLD secondary colleges to provide MSL20118 Certificate II in Sampling and Measurement under a VETiS arrangement.

Check out our training.gov profile here:  https://training.gov.au/Organisation/Details/5800

Our office is based in Queensland, however our trainers travel all over Australia and we currently service clients in Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania and South Australia.
